An important announcement from Schaerer regarding COVID-19

During these unprecedented and challenging times, we are guided by an unwavering commitment to safeguard your well-being, as well as the health and safety of our team members, families and neighbors. We are following the guidelines set forth by the government and medical officials to help do our part in slowing the spread of COVID-19.

Many of you provide essential services and are on the front-lines of this global pandemic, delivering critical assistance to your communities. With this in mind, we’re here to help you do what you do best. We have just re-opened our warehouses and re-instated specific business activities directly focused on serving our customers operating essential businesses only.

To clarify, we will not resume full-service operations until it is deemed safe to do so. Our warehouses are strictly supplying equipment to essential businesses at this time. We are also taking extreme measures to ensure proper sanitation and social distancing among warehouse employees who are conducting and fulfilling distribution activities. As mentioned, we are committed to maintaining the highest level of health for not only our team members, but also every customer who receives our equipment. Another aspect of our emergency continuity measures includes a new partnership. We’ve recently sent you a Parts Town-specific communication that outlines the details of our new partnership. This initiative will improve availability of spare parts and consumables, allowing you to more efficiently provide essential services to your communities during the COVID-19 crisis. Parts Town has been stocking and selling Curtis spare parts for many years now with terrific performance results. Expanding this relationship to include Schaerer and WMF parts and consumables is a natural extension to help us get through a challenging situation.
