In order to keep the spreading of corona virus to a minimum, we recommend to disinfect the touchscreen and operative elements of your Schaerer coffee machine regularly. Please be aware that the plastic which borders the touchscreen and the operating elements is not resistant to disinfectant.
Please follow these steps:
- Get a clean, dry cloth and spray with disinfectant. Please use commercially available disinfectant and none for medical purposes.
- Carefully clean the touchscreen and operating elements with the cloth.
- Wait until the disinfectant has evaporated before continuing to dispense beverages.
- Do not spray disinfectant directly onto the touchscreen in order to avoid any damages.
All measures required for commissioning and decommissioning are described in the operating instructions of the respective coffee machines.
